Is a Live Wedding Painting Even worth it?
If you’re here chances are that you've asked yourself this question before and fair enough , your wedding is a big day and often filled with a lot of expensive experiences and logistics that add up really quick.
You’ve got your venue, reception and ceremony. You’ve then got photographers, videographers, florists, caterer's and your DJ or musicians and of course you have your wedding dress and suits.
On top of that you may even have luxury cars you’ve hired for the day for transport of photo ops. Or even some different kinds of entertainment like a magician or performers.
So why even bother with a wedding painting at all?
Well I’d ask you to take a look over that list once more, and ask yourself “what out of all these will last past the day?”
I’d like to point some things out to you, your venue can’t be moved into (typically),
your photos and videos will live out their days on a hard drive/social media.
The florists flowers will fade and the caterers food will be consumed. The Dj will be danced to and the luxury cars returned to their lots.
Even your dress will be packed away.
But a wedding painting is something entirely different.
You see, it’ll be created on the night, capturing all that beautiful energy of the celebration, it’ll provided a lot of wonderful entertainment and then as I take the work back to the studio to take it to completion it will come back to you to live with you in your home.
It’s the one thing that will remain with you, your children, and their children’s children. As a reminder of your love, your commitment, as a sorts of living memory that hangs on your wall that wasn’t just quickly snapped, but carefully and considerately crafted to perfection by the hands of a master artist.
We’re so quick to spend thousands on things that fade, on things that are for the guests to enjoy, but why hesitate to spend on something that is entirely for you, that wont ever fade, that is ever lasting as your commitment you make to one another.
That’s what makes the difference, that’s why I believe it’s worth it.
