How It
Works

BEFORE YOUR WEDDING
1. Begin with leaving an Enquiry to initially check availability. I take on a limited amount of weddings per year as to focus on quality and care.
2. Next I’ll organise a time to chat over the phone, we will have a full consultation to make sure I can create your dream artwork. We will discuss colours, preferences, scenes, poses, and anything else that is important to you. As well as iron out all logistics for the big day.
3. Once that’s all wrapped up, it’s just payment and the contract to lock in your date. After that, I’ll check in about a month out and again the night before the big day, so you can relax knowing I’m all set.

THE WEDDING DAY
1. Depending on your schedule and plans we've made together,
I will arrive 2 hours prior to the ceremony to set up.
2. Depending on the timeline of your day and our pre-discussed plans, I will either take you for an exclusive photoshoot to use as reference for your painting or simply join your pre/planned photoshoot with the photographer or even snap a more candid photo from the ceremony.
3. Once I have captured the moment, I will sketch it onto the canvas and begin the painting. I’ll then be there for the remainder of the night.
4. At the end of the night, your painting will look almost complete, and I will announce to you that it is time for the final reveal before I leave for the studio.
If your photographer and videographer is still present, I will let them know to capture the moment.

AFTER YOUR WEDDING
1. After your wedding, I will take your painting back to the studio to add in the final details and varnish. This process usually takes around 2–6 weeks depending on the size of your painting, drying time, touch ups, application of varnish etc. ( You are kept informed throughout, without needing to manage or chase updates.)
2. Your painting will be professionally packaged and shipped to you, or a local pick-up will be arranged.
Along with a handwritten letter of gratitude and a Certificate of authenticity.
PS. As a professional fine artist with gallery and collection pieces, your wedding painting is a true investment and includes a certificate of authenticity for valuation as an asset if desired. -

FAQ’s
My most common questions.

Absolutely, I'm located currently on the Central Coast NSW, typically have a 200km radius with no travel fee. I am available to travel further across all of NSW as well as Australia wide & internationally.
Travel Fees will apply for those options, it is always fuel, flights & accommodation at cost. We’ll work this out together and you’ll be provided an itemised list of everything. -
Because these works are painted and finished to gallery standards. Limiting volume protects quality & ensures a work that can be passed down for generations.

This experience is designed to require nothing from you on the day.
Either taking the reference photo at the ceremony, or coming along and grabbing a photo alongside the photographer. Apart from that, I will be in a pre-determined location for the remainder of the night. -
On your initial enquiry we'll go over these points and discuss further, here we'll iron out the schedule, where I'll place my equipment and to go over scenes/locations and poses that are most ideal to your theme, vision and taste.

Not at all, I'm equipped to do either or, daylight or night and even wet or dry weather.

Due to different preferences, tastes and styles, I do not have my work framed before you receive it, if you'd like to frame said work, I have details available of the best in the business with a wide selection of frames. Or simply pop into your local framing shop and select something that matches your aesthetic.

In the world of fine art, you hire or commission an artist because you love their style of work. I can not accommodate a different style other than my own.
I will politely recommend you seek an artist more aligned with your stylistic taste if that is the case. -
I can absolutely situate more than just the two of you into the scene. Say family members, pets, loved ones, etc.
This just may add additional time to the completion schedule of the work. -
I’ve painted several elopement-style weddings! As long as you have a reception and a space for me to paint for a few hours, I can be there.
If not, you can still commission a painting from a photo of the day, which I’ll paint in my studio and ship to you.

To protect the quality and intentionality of each piece, I accept a maximum of 5 wedding commissions per month.
Of these, only 4 spots per year are reserved for couples looking to make a collection out of their big day. (Connoisseur tier).
All prices are the exact same as my commissions and gallery rates of the same size.
Each commission reflects the time, scale, and permanence of the work.
